The Fool’s card teaches us to take life more lightly. Basically, it is represented by an individual who wants to avoid the problems of life and when he has to face them he takes them superficially and lightly. If sometimes this can turn out to be bad, sometimes it also has a positive meaning precisely because it is not worth getting bitter blood for the problems that life requires us to face. The Fool is in fact on the edge of the precipice but looks at him smiling, takes it with great lightness and spontaneity. Some issues are not worth thinking too much about, some behaviors are not worth getting angry at, just as life’s hardships are not worth ruining your health.Â
The Fool is basically an optimistic person who thinks he can lead a satisfying life thanks to his goodness of mind, not hurting anyone and not caring too much about people’s judgment. If something you think is right do it, if something you think is wrong don’t do it. The will of what to do, knowing if something is right or wrong is yours alone. Don’t worry too much about enemies or the envious but live your life to the fullest. The Fool’s card, however, advises you to start investing your energy to realize your projects. Do not let them remain unrealized in your head, you have the potential to be able to do what you want, you just need to take a leap of faith that makes you take that step towards the beginning. The Fool represents an infinite energy potential that must be directed towards something or it risks remaining simply an idea. If the card that follows it is a constructive card, then it can indicate the investment of one’s energy towards a project or relationship that can be achieved. If it follows it, on the contrary, it indicates a departure and therefore a need to invest one’s energies in something else.
The Fool, in general, indicates a person who squanders money, precisely because he does not care about the fact that he could invest it constructively, or a person with a passion for gambling. Followed by constructive cards, however, could indicate the fact that the individual has decided to spend constructively. In the workplace, the Fool can indicate that the consultant has had creative ideas that he will be able to realize, if followed by a constructive card. If, on the other hand, it is this card itself that follows a more constructive card, it can indicate that the person is making rash decisions regarding work, without thinking about the consequences, which will lead him to nothing, precisely because he will not be able to concretize his ideas.
In a reading, it could also indicate the type of work the querent does. In particular, the Fool indicates a person who carries out instinctive works that also require a little unconsciousness, such as an artist, a fireman or a soldier.
With respect to love it can have an ambivalent interpretation, depending on the cards that follow or precede it. It could indicate the potential of investing in a new relationship, or moving away from a relationship that is experiencing because it is driven by the need for freedom.
Each Tarot card is associated with a part of the body and therefore with various health problems that affect that part of the body. In the case of the Fool, it is associated with the nervous system. In a health reading, therefore, it could indicate problems with concentration and a tendency to sleep too much.
